IS DELIVERY FREE FOR LOCAL ORDERS?

We charge a $5.00 delivery fee for local orders which will be added to the order on checkout. This helps cover our gas and labour costs while saving you gas and drive time.  After a year of local delivery to customers we have found that 95% of customers agree this is a fair delivery fee.

 

HOW OFTEN DO YOU DELIVERY LOCALLY?

We deliver every other day depending on weather. Sometimes same day delivery is available if ordered by 10am online*. This does not guarantee same day delivery as we may be booked up for deliveries already from the previous day.

We ship via multiple couriers.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipping depends on the couriers. Shipping can take anywhere from 2-8 days depending on the time of year, holidays and where you located. Rural areas usually take a little longer than those located in cities. 

WHAT CAN BE DELIVERED?

We can deliver most items locally, however there are some items we cannot due to their size and weight. These include but is not limited to certain reflectors, large bags of soils and some large tents. If you order an item that we cannot deliver locally, we will reach out to you. 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept credit card, debit, e-transfer, apple pay, and cash on delivery (COD) for local orders in Barrie only.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracking is sent to you within 24hrs of your order being shipped. Please do not contact unless it has been 2-3 business days since you placed the order. We do not ship out on weekends. Please take note of holidays.
